Mel Owen catches Phil Mitchell laundering money through E20 and she's left stunned Eastenders
MEL Owen will be left stunned in EastEnders next week as she catches business partner Phil Mitchell using their club – the E20 – to launder money.
Later, while chatting to Phil’s wife Sharon in the club, Mel – Tamzin Outhwaite - spots Billy shoving a load of cash in the till on the CCTV.She confronts Phil about what she’s seen and he’s left rattled when she makes him a surprising offer.Mel has her own money woes since promising her killer son Hunter that she’ll pay whatever it takes to get him out of prison.
He left her for dead before arriving at the wedding venue, but was left chilled when Mel arrived – alive and kicking – to say her vows.
