Former EastEnders star Rob Kazinsky has delighted fans on social media as he embarks on a gruelling fitness regime.
Taking to Instagram to document his progress, the TV and film star revealed his plans to whip himself into shape ahead of his upcoming 40th birthday later this year. He continued: “Here is day one, my starting off point. I weight 220lbs, I’m at 19.7% body fat. I turn 40 in a few months and one thing I’ve learned is that it’s getting harder and harder every single day to train and recover, I can’t do things like I did in my 20’s, so what’s the plan?”
