Following Lola’s death, Jay met Nadine and learnt that she is a sex worker. After Jazzy uploaded a screenshot from Monday’s episode of the BBC One soap and encouraged followers to tune in, Jamie wrote: ‘You heard the figment of my imagination’, with a laughing emoji beside the text. Following last night’s scenes, it is safe to assume that Nadine isn’t from Jay’s mind.
