Twelve years on since barrelling onto our screens as EastEnders heartthrob Tyler Moon, the star behind the Walford hunk, Tony Discipline has revealed to fans that his life now couldn’t be more different.
EastEnders career As a staple of the EastEnders cast, Tony’s character Tyler was involved in a number of high-profile storylines, including being caught up in an on-off romance with Whitney Dean and embarking on a steamy affair with Lucy Beale. Since his departure, many fans had been hoping for Tony to return to the soap and reprise his role, but it has since been revealed that the star has stepped away from acting in recent years to pursue two completely different career avenues instead.
Despite the big leap to such a rewarding and dangerous career, Tony couldn’t help but admit that even while putting out fires, fans couldn’t help but recall his stint on the soap. Both careers are a far cry from his time on the soap, but even further still from his previous job as a fish monger, which he held before getting his big break on EastEnders.
