Easterlies to bring isolated rain over NCR, eastern Visayas, Mindanao

The easterlies will be affecting the country including the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
