Edward R. Policy was elected Monday as the Packers' next chairman of the board, president and CEO, the franchise announced Monday.

Ed Policy has been elected to succeed Mark Murphy as the Packers' next president and CEO in July 2025 when Murphy retires. Policy, 53, joined the Packers as vice president and general counsel in August 2012 and was promoted to COO in January 2018. Murphy said he and Policy"will continue to work closely together to ensure a smooth transition for our employees, players and fans."
