Jacek, who has They, said: “The problem all started on September 10 when we noticed we were not getting any hot water. We phoned the council and they sent an engineer out on the morning of Friday 13 and he told us the boiler was broken and needed to be replaced. Top news stories today “I’ve tried them everyday now and the issue is still not fixed. I am a vulnerable tenant who suffers from mental health issues which have been made worse by the council.”
“It is ridiculous and boiling the kettle for hot water is burning up a lot of money. We cannot live like this. I am autistic and now my anxiety, depression and my current circumstances are overwhelming my ability to study. I can barely focus and have had suicidal thoughts.
