A woman was left stunned after spotting what she believed to be a UFO in the sky above Edinburgh. Sightings of such objects have been on the rise, with people becoming more open to the idea of extraterrestrial life.
She explained that she usually sees an empty sky filled with light pollution above the Pleasance at around 6 or 7pm. However, on this occasion, something unusual caught her eye. "At first I thought maybe it was a drone but I watched it for around five minutes before I decided to grab my FZ1000 camera to get a proper look. When I zoomed in it looked like an orb and was very round with a pattern on the bottom but it seemed to still."
Top news stories today She says that she had never seen anything like it before in her life but that she truly believed she had caught what looked like a flying saucer in the sky.
