A Gold Coast mother has been violently dragged from her car after being rear-ended at an intersection. 9News
The group allegedly took off in the car, leaving their original one - which police claim was also reportedly stolen earlier that night - behind.This morning, police said the woman's car was seen by helictoper in Logan, Brisbane, about 70km from the alleged carjacking, at 3.50pm yesterday.
Police said they tracked the car as it drove towards Richlands, where it stopped outside a train station at about 4.30pm and five teenagers got out.At about 4.40pm, police said, the car stopped again at an Inala address and two girls got out. They also were arrested soon after.The car continued driving before being dumped on Lawson Street at Woodridge.In all, eight youths aged 13 to 17 have been taken into custody..
