A young girl was fatally stabbed by her teacher at an elementary school in South Korea. The 40-year-old teacher was also found with stab wounds and is currently undergoing surgery. Police are investigating the motive behind the attack.
An eight-year-old schoolgirl has allegedly been "knifed to death by her teacher" in a South Korea stabbing.
The 40-year-old teacher was found nearby with stab wounds to the neck and arm. The student's parents had reported their daughter missing after she failed to turn up to her after school art class at around 5.18pm, reports the Mirror. According to local media, the suspect had been a full-time teacher who had just returned from a period of absence. The teacher, who has not been named, did not have any known relationship with the child, police said.
