El Centro Hispano does a ton for the Hispanic community here in Jonesboro including a partnership with Rural LISC to provide technology to low-income families. As of yesterday, they were able to more than double the amount of laptops they were giving to these families.

“We have been able to provide and double the number of computers we are giving, as a matter of fact, we have received new funding for this year and we are going to be able to provide computers to more families in northeast Arkansas,” Gina Gomez of El Centro Hispano said.
