An elderly Cleveland couple said they are without a car, power, and patience after Tuesday's storms caused serious damage in their backyard.Isaac Rogers has lived with his wife, Julia, at their home on East 124th Street on the city's East Side for decades.They were inside when the storms started Tuesday afternoon.'It started raining real hard. You couldn't see nothing,' Isaac Rogers said.Then, they heard a loud bang.
It needs to be done by electrical professionals, and we are working as quickly and safely as possible to handle all of the cleanup and restoration.'Tanisha Hill, with the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, said elderly residents should reach out to family members for help while waiting for their power to be restored.She said many elderly residents have limited budgets and no transportation.
