Max, a 16-year-old mix breed, was found hanging off the side of an overpass with an electrical chord around his neck The 16-year-old dog, named Max, was spotted panicking and struggling to breathe near the I-70 overpass in Independence, Missouri.
He said: ‘As soon as I cut him down, he couldn’t breathe. He was trying to breathe. I tried to get him to walk. He couldn’t walk.’ Vaughn was so thankful that Fredman helped to help Max, he invited him to his house after they both finished work.
