Perhaps it makes sense though: Elizabeth Taylor has not got as far as she has because she was good at being predictable; she has got there because she has constantly set her own agenda.
Dame Elizabeth has a jewellery line, and a series of best-selling perfumes. She has released four so far, and she still tours the world to develop and promote them. She works in conjunction with Carlos Benaim, who says she has the world’s most famous eyes - hence the name of their latest release, Violet Eyes. ‘What my fragrances do is accentuate the power, the vulnerability, the sensuality and the beauty that are unique to ever woman alive.
