ELON Musk has reinstated the X/Twitter accounts of the far-right political agitator Tommy Robinson and former Daily Mail columnist Katie Hopkins.
At the time Twitter executives did not give a specific reason for the ban but Yaxley-Lennon believed it was due to his opinion that “Islam promotes killing people”.
Once again Twitter bosses did not cite specific tweets penned by Hopkins although she was accused by critics of using the site to spread racial hatred.“Thank you @elonmusk And thank you to all the Twitter family who have brought Tommy & I back to X," she said. The reinstatement came after Musk responded to a tweet describing Robinson and Hopkins as “two of the most sense talking people on the invasion issue”.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
