The Twitter and electric carmaker Telsa owner was knocked out of the top spot by Arnault, who owns Louis Vuitton’s parent company LVMH. He and his family, according to Forbes’ billionaire tracker, have a personal wealth exceeding $185.1 billion, or around £152 billion Musk’s fortune stands at $184 billion, briefly bouncing back as the richest person earlier today before the value of his stake in Tesla tumbled.
But a distance of billions still stretches between the chief executive of SpaceX and industrialist Gautam Adani and Amazon founder Jezz Bezos., a ranking of the world’s richest 500 people.
