Emmerdale's Angelica King was sent to prison earlier this year after she admitted to her part in the car crash that killed Heath Hope - but she will be returning to the village soon
Rebecca Bakes, who portrays Angelica King, stepped onto the ITV soap scene in 2009. As the offspring of village icon Nicola King , Angelica quickly carved out her spot among the Dales regulars.
During the court session, the judge had no choice but to assign Angelica a custodial stay stating there was "no alternative" given what had transpired, yet he did note that the term would be lessened on account of her admission of guilt and earlier statements, reports the Express. In a poignant scene, Jimmy , Angelica's father, revealed his sorrow, confessing that she's "not my little Angel anymore".
Rebecca also discussed the dramatic New Year storyline, "Before we even started filming it, we were told that the driver would be me and they kept us updated. It was really exciting because I'd never previously done anything as big."
