Emmerdale's Kim Tate actress Claire King was left heartbroken when she split from her soap star husband after discovering he had allegedly cheated on her with a co-star
Emmerdale legend Claire King previously spoke about her tumultuous split from former co-star and ex-husband, whom she once dubbed the "love of her life".
Recently, the drama continued with Kim's on-screen husband Will Taylor suffering a fatal heart attack over the festive period. Off-screen, Claire's life has mirrored her character's turbulent storylines. At the time, it was alleged that Peter was involved in an extramarital affair with actress Samantha Giles, known for her role as Bernice Blackstock. Samantha has never publicly addressed these allegations.
She recalled: "I was travelling back to Yorkshire every weekend. I remember Pete saying that I only came back to see my dogs and horses... and I thought: 'Well, yeah, and to catch you at it! 'She added: " She continued: "But then it was Samantha's husband who wrote me a letter and told me. That was about four years ago."
