However, this week saw Belle confront Tom publicly in the Woolpack after discovering his invasive surveillance. Tom brushed off Belle's accusations and manipulated her, suggesting she hadn't been taking her medication, reports the Manchester Evening News.
This revelation shocked both Belle and Amelia's ex Noah . Noah even confided in Charity that he believes Belle might be right about Tom, a sentiment that Charity seemed to agree with.
