Kim Tate's life hangs in the balance after Dawn Taylor drugs her in a desperate bid to uncover the truth about Will's death. Joe, witnessing the dramatic events, intervenes to protect Kim and Dawn from the consequences.
Kim is at Dawn's mercy but things take an unexpected turn and she is forced to beg her enemy for help. In tonight's episode of Emmerdale , which can be viewed on ITV X now, Dawn drugs Kim by putting horse tranquilizer in her coffee in an attempt to get answers about Will. While questioning, Kim think she sees Will in front of her and continues to go mad but apologises for not doing anything when he collapsed due to chest pain.
Later Kim collapses and has a seizure which is when Joe walks in to the room. Dawn admits to Joe that she drugged her to get answers about her dad. She is then left 'frozen' by shock of the reality of Kim dying, so Joe quickly takes charge and gets rid of the evidence before the ambulance gets to Home Farm. At the hospital Joe admits to Dawn what happened the day Will died and how he told Kim not to say anything to Dawn. Thankfully Kim is stabilised and asks to see the pair but they get spooked when police officers enter the room. When questioning instead of telling police it was Dawn who 'spiked' her, Kim admits to overdosing as she spots Joe and Dawn looking in the window of the room. Will she forgive her? Elsewhere, Marlon's video to April begging her to come home has gone viral and he is searching through comments left on it to find clues of where she could be but the list of sightings range from Brighton to Scotland. Mary then spots awful comments about Marlon and takes his phone to prevent him from seeing them.
