Viewers said they were 'confused' after finding tonight's scenes 'boring'
Emmerdale fans have complained after a "distressing" scenes warning was issued before tonight's episode.
"Bring it on," another said. "Yay! Scenes of distress," @sofaneilas. However, many were left disappointed by the "boring" scenes. It comes after it was revealed last week that Craig Reed raped Lydia Dingle and fans were itching to see what would happen in the aftermath of the harrowing scenes. Lydia was startled when Craig turned up at her door unexpectedly while she was resting.
He manipulated Lydia into agreeing to come back to work with him as people will "want answers" and warned her not to tell her husband what happened. "Lydia this only works if we go on as normal, onwards and upwards. Can you do that or not."But fans pointed out they didn't understand why the episode had the trigger warning and branded it a "waste of time".@Triplec55 said: "I’m confused.
