Emmerdale fans are suspecting that Ruby Miligan might not actually be the biological mother of Caleb's daughter, Stephanie.
The plot thickened when Caleb visited the hospital to see his wife Ruby's terminally ill mother, Helen . Helen, estranged from her daughter for years due to disapproval of Ruby's marriage to Caleb, inquired about 'Stephanie' during the visit, prompting an angry response from Caleb who warned, "Don't you dare say my kids' names," before exiting abruptly.
