Emmerdale’s Mark Charnock is a soap legend playing Marlon Dingle on Emmerdale - but his past role on a rival soap has left fans floored
Emmerdale’s Mark Charnock has shocked fans after they spotted him in a Coronation Street episode from the ‘90s.
Marlon has also played a part in several big storylines too over the years - from a shock prison stint to suffering a stroke, his time in the village has not been short of drama. Whats' more, Marlon is due for a rocky few months in the Dales, as daughter April is set to spiral, after learning the truth about her mum Donna's death in 2014. Soap fans will recall Donna committed suicide after throwing herself and Gary North from a multi-storey car park to her death.
Fans have recently come across Mark’s Corrie appearance - and it’s fair to say they are floored. Alongside a shot of Mark on Coronation Street, one person wrote on Facebook: “Watching old Coronation Street and up pops Marlon.”
