Emmerdale viewers were left fuming after Samson Dingle confronted Craig Reed about Lydia Dingle , and was told a lie.
He also hinted that the pair still had feelings for one another, with Samson leaving the chat thinking that Lydia was in love with rapist Craig. Lydia and Craig then shared an intimate and consensual moment, leaving her wracked with guilt. So she went to Craig’s office to hand in her resignation, pointing out she was married to Sam Dingle and a stepmother to Samson.
