Emmerdale fans have been left reeling ever since Caleb and Ruby Milligan's secret daughter Stephanie was mentioned.
After a heated confrontation, Caleb blackmailed Ruby's mother out of £100k just so she would visit her in the hospital. However, the following day, when Ruby went to see her estranged mother - it was too late. Helen's death has also made Ruby think about their children - Nicky and Stephanie - which has left fans questioning who their daughter could be and whether she will arrive in the village anytime soon.
