Emmerdale newcomer Max Fletcher is currently playing Marshall Hamston in the ITV hit soap. The star has taken centre stage thanks to his character's storyline with Arthur Thomas.
Arthur was helping Marshall hide in Rishi Sharma's empty home but they were caught by Laurel Thomas. Last night Marshall thought it would be a good idea to ask Cathy out on a date, to the gig she was desperately hoping to attend.Cathy attempted to make a move on the teen but he rushed out the house insisting that he needed to go. Marshall soon realised he needed to be honest about his sexuality, he met up with Arthur, Laurel and Jai and admitted: "I've been an idiot.
