EXCLUSIVE: Emmerdale’s Daisy Campbell will be leaving the Dales this year - but it seems another soap stint could be on the cards for the actress
The actress shot to fame playing Amelia Spencer on the ITV soap, appearing for the first time in 2011. And over the years, she’s been involved in several big moments.
In October though, it was revealed that bosses made the unexpected decision to write out her character, leaving the actress "grieving" over the news. Speaking to the Mirror, Daisy, 21, disclosed: "It wasn't my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first.” Now, a PR expert has noted how Daisy is at an “exciting next chapter in her career”. They also pointed out how she could be set for a new role on a rival soap.
Another soap that she could star in is Emmerdale’s rival soap Coronation Street. Dom said: “Coronation Street’ might be another great option, letting her join an iconic family or bring new drama to the cobbles.
