Emmerdale star Samantha Giles has received well wishes from fans after sharing a health update on Instagram.
A video that appears to have been filmed in her car saw Samantha, 52, say: "So excuse me if I'm looking a bit hot and sweaty but I've just had a very, very intensive workout with a personal trainer. Who would have thought it?
