ITV Emmerdale spoilers as Cain fought tears, reeling in the wake of an unexpected realisation about wife Moira.
Cain pleaded with Moira following his discovery about her living will Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle begged Moira to not hide things from him after discovering that she had made a living will, instructing doctors to switch off her life support in a ‘worst case scenario’. Moira, as viewers know, was diagnosed with a brain tumour in September and has debated on whether or not she should get the surgery to remove it.

Moira, however, made it clear that she didn’t want to put that on him – arguing that, if the worst happens, then she will have already made the decision so that her loved ones don’t have to.
