Emmerdale's Caleb Milligan star Will Ash has teased the potential arrival of his character's estranged wife and on-screen son Nicky's mum to the village.
Fans will recall that Caleb and on-screen son, Nicky, played by Lewis Cope, have had disagreements over Caleb's on-off romance with Leyla Harding. "There's already a bit of a picture of that character even though she's never been in it. We've talked about her quite a lot."I've never had that discussion with producers or anything but Nicky may have siblings and I may have other kids and there's potential for those characters to come into it and I think it would be nice to flesh it out. There's a lot of backstory there I think.
