After months of keeping it a secret, she finally confesses to Sam
Sam is about to learn the truth about his wife Lydia's recent ordeal, which leaves him feeling helpless and upset. Lydia has been suffering in silence since Craig raped her at the start of last month, but she has told Sam the truth.
Next week, it seems Lydia has reported Craig to the police as he's questioned by officers. I went to his office to tell him nothing would happen between us. He seemed so lonely and said I felt sorry for him.
"He said he loved me, he kissed me and then he pinned me down on the sofa and he raped me. Afterwards he acted like it was perfectly normal. I told him to stop. "He drove me home and I was in shock. I didn't know what do, so I tried to carry on like everything was normal but normal ain't normal anymore."
