Emmerdale star Samantha Giles, who is best known for her role as Bernice Blackstock on the ITV hit soap, has teased a new role outside of the soap.
Asked whether she plans to stay in Emmerdale, Samatha said: "I am enjoying it, but I've never lost that thing of wanting to go and do other things like the stage. I really miss theatre and that relationship with the audience.Speaking of her hopes for her character, Samantha said: "I would like to see who this Charlie is her ex-husband, she's had the longest relationship with him but obviously we've never met him, it's all been off screen.
The soap star also discussed another interesting aspect of her life as she revealed she has learnt to read tarot cards. Panellist Denise Welch prompted: "On a more personal level, Sam, something that I'm fascinated by... You follow the wicca religion. So in theory you're a white witch." Samantha replied: "Yeah, so basically, all wicca is is following nature really and revering nature and following the seasons. It's trying to eat seasonal food and toasting the full moon.
