Emmerdale icon Sammy Winward is reportedly left estranged from her daughter after a family bust-up over the teen's OnlyFans career move. The soap star's daughter, Mia Winward-Dunn, 19, has claimed that she's been cut off by her mum following an argument about her choice to share risque snaps and videos on the platform.
Mia opened up about the rift with her mum and told The Sun: " said some pretty mean things when we did last speak. It was awful." Still, Mia professed her undying love for her family, despite the silence: "But I absolutely love my mum and I love all of my family but none of them speak to me now." reports the Mirror.
In a previous appearance on Loose Women alongside Sammy in 2021, Mia spoke about her ambitions to mirror her mother's successful acting career. Post-school life saw her dabbling in makeup artistry until the lure of OnlyFans presented a more lucrative path. For Mia, OnlyFans offers more than just financial gains: "I feel so empowered on OnlyFans. I am my own boss and I'm confident in myself and what I'm doing." Mia opened up about her family's disapproval of her career choice and stated: "I think they're just being protective of me."She added: "I will always love and appreciated them. I hope that one day we can rebuild our relationship and move on.
