Emmerdale’s Sophie Powles welcomes first child as Holly Barton star reveals baby’s unusual name
FORMER Emmerdale actress Sophie Powles has welcomed her first child, a daughter, with partner Mark Waters.in June on Instagram with a picture of her bump on the beach.She announced the news on her Instagram yesterday with a sweet shot of the little one's feetTwo months on from her social media announcement, Sophie confirmed that she had welcomed Marli Ocean Waters, nearly a month ago, once again on Instagram.
Former Corrie star Shobna Gulati, who played Sunita Alahan, commented: "I love this you are magic mummy" while pal Pixie Lott shared several love-heart eyed emojis.In June, Sophie showed off her growing baby bump in a leopard print swimsuit as she relaxed on holiday with her filmmaker partner.Sophie was just a teenager when she landed her role on the soap and played Holly for three years from 2009 to 2012.while looking for acting work.
