In the latest instalment of Emmerdale on July 19, viewers witnessed Tom King devising a troubling scheme concerning his spouse Belle, setting the stage for the show's upcoming special episode.
While out with the dog, Cain invited Belle and Tom to join him and Moira for dinner the following day as a gesture of "family support" for Matty. Later on, Tom disclosed that he had pre-booked a cottage in Pembroke and attempted to persuade Belle to forgo the family meal and head off to their holiday sooner.
Later, Tom revealed he had already booked a cottage in Pembroke, before trying to convince Belle to skip the meal and leave for their holiday early.
