John, as viewers know, has upset a number of residents since rocking up in the eponymous village, including long-lost sister Victoria, who he’s made absolutely no effort to get to know.
As fans will recall, John’s debut scenes saw him encounter Aaron Dingle on the side the road, with both men embarking on an afternoon of passion in the former’s beloved van. The newcomer subsequently drove off with Aaron’s wallet and keys still inside the vehicle and, when he showed up in the village in need of a mechanic, he showed little regret for his actions.
