Tracy expresses her concerns When Caleb Milligan first arrived in Emmerdale he was a man on a mission. Caleb’s father was Frank Tate, and Caleb blamed Kim for Frank’s death and wanted revenge for his father. All of that went badly wrong when Caleb underestimated Kim and she soon realised what he was up to.
