Actress Laura Norton, who stars in ITV soap Emmerdale has spoken about how she overhauled her lifestyle to lose three stone. Laura, who plays Kerry Wyatt in Emmerdale, said she's had an image transformation during her 10 years in Emmerdale. She has previously spoken about how she shed three stone by cutting Coca-Cola from her diet as she used to drink four litres of the fizzy drink per day.
Kerry has since endured a rollercoaster time on the show and is currently embroiled in the Amelia Spencer pregnancy storyline. The character gave birth to Amy Wyatt at a young age and is using her learned experience to offer advice.The 39-year-old recently thrilled her co-stars when she confirmed she was expecting her second child. She shared an adorable snap of the two on Instagram, alongside the caption: "Round 2".
