Emmerdale's Lisa Riley has warner fans about scams online
Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has issued an urgent scam warning to her fans as she hinted at working on a new role away from the ITV soap. The actress, who is well known for her role as Mandy Dingle, recently ditched the UK and headed to New York with partner Al.
@Mrsbadcrumble1975 commented: "Why are people like this? Scammers are the worst.” @Beautielady wrote: "I knew it was a scam!! It's awful and so sorry for anyone getting scammed by them!!! Horrible, there are too many scammers - thousands of scams everywhere on social media!" The star shared a selfie from the plane and said: "Time to head home-back to work at @emmerdale ……Thank you to all the incredible staff at @virginatlantic leaving the America sunshine here……flying back to Yorkshire. Sometimes holidays are more than that, they are a rest, reset, reboot and realisation how lucky we are. I’m so grateful.”
