Emmerdale cast members shared emotional farewell messages on social media after actor Jurell Carter, who played Nate Robinson, left the ITV soap. Carter's co-stars praised his kindness and talent, recalling fond memories from their time working together.
Emmerdale stars have confessed there were some tears as a popular member of the cast left the ITV soap.
Tracy Metcalfe star Amy Walsh said: "I’m not crying, you are. We all miss you already J, you are a true diamond, a gentle giant, a total gent. I’ll miss having to find the camera around them big shoulders. Good luck on the next adventure. Proud of you." Opening up, he said: “On my last day, Jeff , who plays Cain, made a beautiful speech. It was beautiful. I told myself on my last day of filming that I would be fine and I’m making the right decision and I’m going on to the next chapter.
“They organised a party at a music hall. They bought me gifts, gift cards, champagne and vouchers.” One particular gift Jurell described as ‘cheeky’ and involved some subterfuge.
