Emmerdale viewers were glued to their screens last night as Tom's abuse trial reached its dramatic climax.
Emmerdale spoilers reveal a major moment in a huge 2024 storyline. Thursday's episode of Emmerdale, an hour-long edition which follows Tom’s trial where he’s accused of abusing former partner Belle. Flashback scenes portrayed Belle and Tom’s portrayal of events. Intense courtroom debate as both sides of the case were discussed. This included a cameo appearance as soap legend Denise Welch, who previously appeared in Coronation Street and Hollyoaks, as a member of the jury.
During the trial, Amelia, who was Tom’s brief flame, was asked about their relationship. She said: “I wasn’t there…it was just Tom and Belle.
