The video was posted to the Adelaide Crows social media with the words: ”There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when these two special announcements were made.”A mixture of the pandemic and a severe ankle injury saw her return to Ireland, but she said she had always hoped to return to play.“The season ended pretty quickly, and I was hoping to get back after the injury if the season had continued on,” Bonner told Crows media earlier this year.
“There were a lot of things that needed to line up, but here I am, I’m very grateful it all worked out.”
