Stop the world: Erling Haaland has gone three Manchester City games without bagging. Not since the 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest last month has the Norwegian goal machine found the back of the net.
Throw in the fact he scored 52 across all competitions, helping City secure a historic treble, and it becomes clear why he is considered the best number nine on the planet. But, dare it be suggested, is Haaland simply a great white shark - the apex predator of the Premier League - hunting in an ocean with no fish?
