Jules presents This Week on the Farm with Helen
BBC Escape to the Country host Jules Hudson has spoken out on the "tricky balance" between work and family life as he supports co-star Helen Skelton.
Richie has since moved on with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, the daughter of his rugby club's president, and the pair now have a child of their own. Jules also revealed that he understands the 'tricky balance' of family and work as he offered support to co-star Helen following her leaving her radio show.
He added: "She's an absolute trooper and a professional, she has an absolutely wicked sense of humour."Helen quit the show last weekend just days ahead of her Channel 5 travel series, with fellow Strictly Come Dancing star Dan Walker.
