He added that a tall, slender man with brown hair wandering around in such distinctive attire would stand out like a sore thumb"somewhere in London, or further afield". She said:"He realised that there were missing things and clearly planned his escape quite effectively." I think everybody will want to know why some of the reports of failings in Wandsworth were not acted upon more quickly.
