The gated home sits on 104 acres with over 1,700 feet of shoreline overlooking Table Rock Lake.The main house features 14 bedrooms, 15 full baths, three half bathrooms and an eight-car garage. The 33,048-square-foot smart home has eight vented gas fireplaces and other custom details like an elevator shaft, barrel ceilings, and wood casement windows and doors.
Including garages, nearly 60,000 square feet of the property is under roof. It is the second-largest estate in the Branson area, ReeceNichols listing agent Jim Strong toldConstruction on the property is not completed, and the home is being sold in its current condition.The current owner purchased the estate from the charity about two and a half years ago, Strong said.
The property has changed a bit since Hamels lived at the estate. The main structure wasn’t finished when he left, and the current owner turned Hamels’ former pitching facility into the guest annex, Strong said. Hamels, a four-time All-Star, played in MLB from 2006 to 2020. He is best known for his stint with the Philadelphia Phillies where he won the 2008 World Series MVP.Hamels and his ex-wife, Heidi, began building the Missouri mansion when he played for the Phillies.Hamels retired in 2023.
