Dubai-based energy company Esyasoft has agreed to buy Chippenham-based renewable electricity supplier Good Energy for £99.4 million. The deal, which is subject to shareholder approval, represents a 66% premium to Good Energy's closing price on October 25, 2024. Esyasoft aims to expand its customer base in the UK and become a market leader in the renewable energy sector.
