An etiquette expert has left fans divided after he claimed that Brits have been eating sausage rolls wrong this whole time - and it seems many people are not impressed
The sensation of holding the warm, flaky delight in your hands and taking a bite is pure bliss, whether it's from Greggs or your local supermarket. However, it seems we've been consuming them incorrectly all along.
"We don't pick up the sausage roll with our hands," cautioned William, before demonstrating the 'proper way' to do it. He began by laying a napkin on his lap, presumably to catch any stray crumbs. He elaborated: "We pick up the cutlery. We do not use our hands The fork is held in the non-dominant hand. The knife is held in our dominant hand. And then, from the edge, not from the middle, gently prise it apart."
