With England set to face Spain in the final of Euro 2024 on Sunday, venues across the West Midlands are gearing up to accommodate supporters.in Wolverhampton on Sunday to avoid a clash with the match.BBC iPlayer and BBC OneHimley Hall, which is hosting the Musicom event as part of the Black Country Festival, has brought in a large screen.
Live events venue hmv Empire Coventry, which is showing the game on cinema screens, had sold out by Thursday. Birmingham City Council also has no plans to broadcast the match, but the Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival in the city's Moseley Park has ordered in a truck-based screen. Mediterranean restaurant Bar Limon in Malvern would normally be shut on a Sunday evening, but owner Lucy Dunlop said they would be having a party.
