A group of Eurovision super fans descended into singalongs on a flight from London Gatwick to Malmo ahead of the semi-final.
Britain's most dedicated Eurovision superfans have touched down in Sweden for this year's contest. The group, adorned in sequins and sparkles inspired by the competition, arrived at Copenhagen airport before making their way to the venue in Malmo ahead of the semi-final.
This comes after a survey revealed that six and a half million Brits will be attending a Eurovision party this year. More than a third of the 2,000 adults surveyed will be tuning into the singing contest this year, with 36 per cent of those either hosting their own festivities or celebrating at someone else's home.
Michael Brown, director of cabin services at easyJet, expressed his pride in being part of the Eurovision phenomenon, stating: "We are proud to be part of the Eurovision phenomenon, providing a glittering platform for fans to start their Eurovision journey. Our Super Fan Flight to Copenhagen promises to be a memorable adventure - a high-flying act of its own."
